Execution of Mechanical Work

KKSEPL has executed diverse mechanical scopes in some of India’s most complex refinery and petrochemical environments. Our services include fabrication and erection of CS, SS, and alloy steel piping, equipment erection of static and rotary equipment (vessels, pumps, compressors, exchangers), and heavy structural works. We are experienced in executing shutdown jobs within tight timelines and live plant conditions. With a strong fleet of hydraulic cranes, rigging expertise, and in-house fabrication capacity, we ensure high-precision mechanical execution, even under high-risk or high-temperature operating zones.

Execution of Civil Work

KKSEPL’s civil division has executed major foundations, tank pads, pump houses, underground piping trenches, culverts, roadworks, and boundary walls across various refineries, ethanol plants, and fertilizer facilities. We specialize in large RCC structures, piling, and PEB foundation jobs. Our in-house batching, shuttering, and skilled labor teams ensure consistency, durability, and speed. We also manage stormwater drains, firewater lines, and substation buildings—all in alignment with IS codes and client standards.

Insulation & Painting

We offer comprehensive insulation services for both hot and cold applications using LRB mats, rockwool, glasswool, PUF, and aluminum/GI cladding. Our painting division handles surface preparation, primer application, and finishing coats for piping, structural steel, tanks, and equipment, using client-approved systems and third-party inspection protocols. This ensures long-lasting protection, especially in coastal or corrosive refinery environments. We strictly adhere to safety norms during blasting and painting activities.

Instrumentation Works

Our instrumentation capabilities include laying and termination of signal and power cables, impulse tubing, hook-up works, junction box and field instrument installation, and panel integration. We work across DCS, PLC, and SCADA systems, and are capable of loop checking, calibration, and documentation as per client protocols. Our team is trained for accuracy, safety, and quick turnaround in live and sensitive process areas, often under tight schedules.

Electrical Works

We undertake end-to-end electrical works for greenfield and brownfield projects, including HT and LT cabling, cable tray design and installation, transformer setup, panel erection, lighting, earthing systems, and system integration. Our team is certified to work in hazardous and classified areas. All electrical work is executed in compliance with Indian standards and client-specific protocols, with rigorous safety and quality checks. We also support pre-commissioning and testing activities to ensure seamless energization.

Tankages and Heavy Lifting

KKSEPL has delivered multiple API 650-compliant storage tanks, firewater tanks, and chemical tankages, including internal floating roof systems. Our team handles fabrication, erection, welding, hydrotesting, and painting in-house. In addition, we manage the lifting and installation of heavy and oversized equipment using telescopic and crawler cranes, rigging studies, and safety-certified lifting plans. Whether it’s a 150-ton column or a confined-space vessel, our team ensures timely and safe completion with zero compromise.
